ADA Compliant Custom Room Name Signs with Tactile Text and Grade 2 Braille - One Line of Text with Maximum of 12 Characters/Spaces

The ADA does not regulate the overall size of a sign. Only the elements of the sign (letter height, pictograms, Braille, etc.) have to meet specified requirements. We will use the sign dimensions that best fit your room name and assure the sign is ADA compliant.

These are made-to-order signs. Please allow 5-7 work days to ship.

  • Sign is 1/8" thick

    • We will manufacture ADA Room Signs to your size, color, and wording/numbering specifications. Our made-in-America ADA signs are high-quality and professionally manufactured. Our signs meet ADA regulations and will pass official building inspections.

    ADA Compliant Braille Sign Mounting Location and Height: Where permanent identification signs are provided for rooms and spaces, signs shall be installed on the wall adjacent to the latch side of the door. Where there is no wall space on the latch side, including at double leaf doors, signs shall be placed on the nearest adjacent wall, preferably on the Right. Mounting height shall be 60 inches above the finish floor to the centerline of the sign. Mounting location shall be determined so that a person may approach within 3 inches of signage without encountering protruding objects or standing within the Swing of a door.
