We work hard to ship every order fast—often the same day received! Most orders, even large ones, ship in 1-3 business days. You can also use the chart below to see how long a UPS Ground delivery takes to your state once it is shipped from our location in beautiful Carlsbad, California.

NOTE: UPS does NOT count weekends (Saturday or Sunday) in delivery times.Orders placed on Fridays with UPS Overnight Delivery will be delivered on the following Monday. To place an order with Saturday Delivery, call us: 1-888-931-1793

Shipping Information

  • We ship exclusively by UPS, and offer a full array of delivery options, from UPS Ground to UPS Next Day Air.(We cannot bill to Third Party UPS, Fedex, or other delivery service accounts.)

  • When your order is over $99.00--we will pay for your UPS Ground shipping to one address within the 48 States. If you need an order shipped to multiple addresses, you will need to place your order by phone: 1-888-931-1793. We will calculate shipping costs when you place the order.  (There is a minimum order of $100.00 for shipping to Hawaii and Alaska, plus shipping charges. Customers in HI and AK can place orders by phone: 1-888-931-1793 from 8am to 4pm California time.)

  • We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Often we are able to ship signs the same day they are ordered. Signs in stock will ship in 1-3 work days.   • Please note that UPS cannot deliver to a P. O. Box. Please provide a street address when placing your orders.

  • Products must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund less the service and restocking fees.

  • Call Toll Free (1-888-931-1793) or email us (sales@stopsignsandmore.com) to let us know that you will be returning products.  

  • Customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to return products.

  • All returns for refunds may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. The fee may be waived for the following reasons:
    • ● Defective Product
      ● Product does not match advertising
      ● Received incorrect product
      ● Product was an extra item not ordered

  • The final refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned items to the credit card used to place the order.

  • Refunds cannot be issued for Custom Orders or B Stock items.


  • Please note: For refunds to be issued, all signs returned to our plant must be received in condition suitable for resale, so please PACK SIGNS CAREFULLY. Whenever possible, use the original packing materials from StopSignsAndMore.com. If an error was made by Stop Signs and More, we will absorb all costs associated with providing you with the correct products

    Custom Sign Orders >>>

    Custom orders cannot be canceled for a refund once production begins. Production begins with drawings and/or graphics work. Custom signs cannot be returned for refund. Please be sure all proofs are accurate before approving them for manufacture. If an error is made by Stop Signs and More we accept the responsibility of producing a correct product at no additional cost.
