Shipping Information

  • We ship exclusively by UPS, and offer a full array of delivery options, from UPS Ground to UPS Next Day Air.(We cannot bill to Third Party UPS, Fedex, or other delivery service accounts.)

  • When your order is over $75.00--we will pay for your UPS Ground shipping within the 48 States. (There is a minimum order of $100.00 for shipping to Hawaii and Alaska, plus shipping charges. Customers in HI and AK can place orders by phone: 1-888-417-STOP (7867) from 8am to 4pm California time.)

  • We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Often we are able to ship signs the same day they are ordered. Signs in stock will ship in 1-3 work days.   • Please note that UPS cannot deliver to a P. O. Box. Please provide a street address when placing your orders.

Return Policy/Order Cancellation

  • Products must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund less the service and restocking fees.
  • Call or email us to let us know that you will be returning products. 

  • Orders will be assessed a $5.00 service charge plus a 15% restocking fee. STOPSignsAndMore.com will not be responsible for the shipping costs to return products.
  • Orders paid by credit card and canceled after 5pm of the date the order was placed are subject to a $15.00 credit card refund fee.

    Please note: For refunds to be issued, all signs returned to our plant must be received in condition suitable for resale, so please PACK SIGNS CAREFULLY. Whenever possible, use the original packing materials from StopSignsAndMore.com. If an error was made by Stop Signs and More, we will absorb all costs associated with providing you with the correct products

    Custom orders cannot be canceled for a refund once production begins. Production begins with drawings and/or graphics work. Please be sure all proofs are accurate before approving them for manufacture. If an error is made by Stop Signs and More we accept the responsibility of producing a correct product at no additional cost.
