Shipping Information

  • We ship exclusively by UPS, and offer a full array of delivery options, from UPS Ground to UPS Next Day Air.(We cannot bill to Third Party UPS, Fedex, or other delivery service accounts.)

  • When your order is over $99.00--we will pay for your UPS Ground shipping to one address within the 48 States. If you need an order shipped to multiple addresses, you will need to place your order by phone: 1-888-931-1793. We will calculate shipping costs when you place the order.  (There is a minimum order of $100.00 for shipping to Hawaii and Alaska, plus shipping charges. Customers in HI and AK can place orders by phone: 1-888-931-1793 from 8am to 4pm California time.)

  • We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Often we are able to ship signs the same day they are ordered. Signs in stock will ship in 1-3 work days. Some signs are made-to-order and ship in 5-7 days. If you'd like to know how fast we can ship your order, just give us a call: 1-888-931-1793

  • Please note that UPS cannot deliver to a P. O. Box. Please provide a street address when placing your orders.

Once shipped, an order cannot be canceled. Products can be returned for a refund per the guidelines below. Cost of shipping is not refundable.


Stock Sign Orders >>>

·  Call or email us to let us know that you want to return products. We can expedite your refund if you include a copy of your order receipt, or write the order number on a slip of paper, and include it with the returned products.

·  Returned orders will be assessed a $5.00 service charge plus a 15% restocking fee. STOPSignsAndMore.com will not be responsible for the shipping costs to return products.

·  Products must be returned -- unused and in condition for resale -- within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund less the service and restocking fees. Shipping charges on the original order are not refundable. Only the paid price of products is refundable, minus service charge and restocking fee.

·  Any order not shipped but canceled 24-hours or longer after being placed is subject to a cancellation fee of 3-percent of the total order amount plus any production costs (time/materials) incurred in processing the order.


Please note: For refunds to be issued, all signs returned to our plant must be received in condition suitable for resale, so please PACK SIGNS CAREFULLY. Whenever possible, use the original packing materials from StopSignsAndMore.com. If an error was made by Stop Signs and More, we will absorb all costs associated with providing you with the correct products.

Custom Sign Orders >>>

Custom orders cannot be canceled for a refund once production begins. Production begins with drawings and/or graphics work, or preparation/purchase of any materials necessary for the order. Custom signs cannot be returned for refund. Please be sure all proofs are accurate before approving them for manufacture. If an error is made by Stop Signs and More we accept the responsibility of producing a correct product at no additional cost.
