Shipping & Returns

When shipping signs, we work hard to ship every order fast—often the same day received! Most orders, even large ones, ship in 1-3 business days. You can also use the chart below to see how long a UPS Ground delivery takes to your state once it is shipped from our location in beautiful Carlsbad, California. Most Truncated Dome Orders Ship from East Coast. We do ship some from Carlsbad.

NOTE: UPS does NOT count weekends (Saturday or Sunday) in delivery times. Orders placed on Fridays with UPS Overnight Delivery will be delivered on the following Monday. To place an order with Saturday Delivery, call us at: 1-888-931-1793 for our shipping policy.

Expedited orders placed after 2pm ship the following day.

Shipping Information

  • Most of our products ship UPS and offer a full array of delivery options for shipping signs, from UPS Ground to UPS Next Day Air.(We cannot bill to Third Party UPS, Fedex, or other delivery service accounts.) The shipping cost options are viewable in the Shopping Cart when you click "Get Estimates".

  • "5-7 Work Day..." ADA Signs require five to seven days to manufacture. Selecting an expedited shipping method does not reduce production time. It will expedite the transit time. To reduce manufacturing time, a rush fee can be applied. Contact us for that fee.

  • Truncated Dome Pad orders may be delivered via common carrier, depending on the size and quantity. Dome Pad residential deliveries may incur an additional fee. Lift Gate and Call Services shall incur additional fees. For a quote, please call us at (888) 931-1793 or email us at [email protected]. Most Truncated Dome Orders Ship from  the manufacturers located on West or East Coast.  We do ship some from Carlsbad.

  • When your order is over $74.00--we will pay for your UPS Ground shipping to one address within the 48 States. If you need an order shipped to multiple addresses, you will need to place your order by phone: 1-888-931-1793. We will calculate shipping costs when you place the order.There is a minimum order of $100.00 for shipping to Hawaii and Alaska, plus shipping charges. Customers in HI and AK can place orders by phone: 1-888-931-1793 from 8am to 4pm California time. We do not ship to Canada.

  • We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Often we are able to ship signs the same day they are ordered. Signs in stock will ship in 1-3 work days.   • Please note that UPS cannot deliver to a P. O. Box. Please provide a street address when placing your orders.

  • Some large items like Truncated Dome Pads and Portable Post ship from our distributors. These products may list a lead time of 2-6 days on their product pages.

  • Damage ShipmentsPlease inspect shipment outside and inside for any damage items. If there is damage, please send pictures to [email protected] so we can process a replacement AND a claim for the damage items. Pictures MUST be sent. Thank you.

Return Policy/Order Cancellation

Stock Sign Orders, Post, Hardware (excluding 5-7 work day ADA signs) >>>

  • Products must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund less the service and restocking fees.

  • Call Toll Free (1-888-931-1793) or email us ([email protected]) to let us know that you will be returning products.

  • Customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to return products.

  • Returned orders will be assessed 15% restocking fee. Service charge and restocking fee will be deducted from credit card used to place the order. Refund will be issued upon receipt of returned items. Any shipping costs on order will not be refunded.

  • Refunds cannot be issued for Custom Orders or B Stock items. Custom Orders are, but not limited to, custom text entered and chosen by the customer.

Please note: For refunds to be issued, all signs returned to our plant must be received in condition suitable for resale, so please PACK SIGNS CAREFULLY. Whenever possible, use the original packing materials from StopSignsAndMore.com. If an error was made by Stop Signs and More, we will absorb all costs associated with providing you with the correct products.


Custom Sign Orders >>>

Custom orders cannot be canceled for a refund once production begins. Production begins with drawings and/or graphics work. We may allow order cancellation after the proof process begins EXCEPT when the order is in manufacturing. Customer can be subject for the cost of proof. Custom signs cannot be returned for a refund. Please be sure all proofs are accurate before approving them for manufacturing. If an error is made by Stop Signs and More we accept the responsibility of producing a correct product at no additional cost.


ADA (5-7 Work Day) Tactile and Braille Signs >>>

ADA Signs requiring 5 - 7 days to manufacture cannot be canceled for a refund once production begins. In addition, the signs cannot be returned for refund. These include or ADA signs with brushed aluminum.

Truncated Dome Pads >>>

Truncated dome pads must be returned within 14 working days after receiving delivery. Customer is responsible for shipping the pads back to our distributors in Buffalo New York or Florida. There is a 15% restocking fee for the dome pads. Any shipping costs on original order will not be refunded. Prior to shipping the pads, customer shall receive a Return Authorization Number (RA) to include with the shipment. Please send back any other items sent with pads such as silicone and hardware to receive full credit. It is advised to take photographs of the pallet(s) prior to shipping back. Please use original packaging such as tile corners to prevent damage during shipping.
