Call or email us to let us know that you want to return products. We can expedite your refund if
you include a copy of your order receipt, or write the order number on a slip
of paper, and include it with the returned products.
Returned orders will be assessed a $5.00 service charge plus a 15%
restocking fee. STOPSignsAndMore.com will not be responsible for the shipping
costs to return products.
Products must be returned -- unused and in
condition for resale -- within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund
less the service and restocking fees. Shipping charges on the original order are not refundable. Only the paid price of products is refundable, minus
service charge and restocking fee.
Any order not shipped but canceled 24-hours or longer after being placed
is subject to a cancellation fee of 3-percent of the total order amount plus
any production costs (time/materials) incurred in processing the order.
Please note: For refunds to be issued, all signs returned to our plant
must be received in condition suitable for resale, so please PACK SIGNS
CAREFULLY. Whenever possible, use the original packing materials from
StopSignsAndMore.com. If an error was made by Stop Signs and More, we will
absorb all costs associated with providing you with the correct products.
Custom Sign Orders >>>
Custom orders cannot be canceled for a refund once production
begins. Production begins with drawings and/or graphics work, or
preparation/purchase of any materials necessary for the order. Custom signs cannot be returned for
refund. Please be sure all proofs are accurate before approving them for
manufacture. If an error is made by Stop Signs and More we accept the
responsibility of producing a correct product at no additional cost.
